Terms printed alongside the schedule: allotment is subject to timely payment; a delayed instalment carries compound interest at 12% per annum on the overdue amount for the period of delay; on cancellation 5% of the total consideration is forfeited and the balance paid by post-dated cheque of 180 days; booking is not transferable; all registration charges, sales tax, service tax and GST are borne by the allottee; every allottee abides by the terms fixed from time to time by the society of flat owners; and any rise in construction cost from material, labour or other input prices is charged per the standard escalation formula.
